Approaching the job market

The most important prerequisite for a job search and to approach the job market is to have a clear,crisp and realistic goal.When you are sure about what type of job you want,What is your salry expectation,in which region you like to work,only then you are ready to face the job market head on.With all these information in hand you can probably make a genine case to the prospective employer to hire you for that particular job.If you are not ready with all these information ,then start finding it out.You should analyse yourself based on your knowledge,experience,qualification your family commitments and most essential your capabilities,talents and skills.Unless you are ready with all these important information you are not ready for job search.

You will be wasting time in searching for something,which you are not sure of.If you know what you want,where you can find it and how you can get it,then you are a success,for which a clear goal is to be set as a starting point and also the target.

In the market of jobs,about 80%of the available jobs are never advertised.Thats put you at real disadvantage in this highly competitive job market.If you are not exposed to these opportunities,you surely have no access to these interviews.How can you increase your chances of the jobs you want.
